Hands-On Leadership and Personal Growth

Madrichim Icon.png

The Madrichim Program is an immersive, hands-on training experience crafted specifically for 10th-grade campers who are ready to take on a more engaged and active role within the camp community. This program goes beyond traditional camp activities, offering campers the opportunity to develop essential leadership skills, build teamwork abilities, and foster personal growth in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Through practical experiences like assisting counselors, participating in group management, and engaging in leadership workshops, Madrichim gain valuable insights into what it takes to create a positive and enriching camp experience. At the same time, they enjoy all the fun, friendships, and excitement that make summer camp so memorable. The Madrichim Program is the perfect balance of learning, contributing, and making lifelong memories.
